Love the feel of your website + I sent your Ubud post to my friends.. You captured the sights and feeling of the community better than I ever could. Hope you haven’t found a cure yet for that travel bug! Ryan

Thanks Ryan, I really appreciate it! I’m not sure there is a cure 😉

Hi Sarah,

Which hostel in Cappadoccia did you stay?

helen gittings December 27, 2015 at 10:31 am

Hi Sarah, I want to come and live there. I live in Sth Australia , female aged 70, no family here and I need a change, have travelled around Australia a lot but am thinking your lifestyle is much better there. ie things to do and I actually hate cooking for myself.
I am healthy (touch wood) and have lived in Darwin for 20 years before SA so know that heat can be a problem. I have my eye on buying a house for $70,000 au but need to research more about this as not sure about ownership etc or overheads.
Any information would be good, negative or positive.
ps I am on a pretty tight budget but my needs are small ie don’t drink alcohol or smoke.

Nida February 14, 2016 at 8:54 pm

Hi Sarah!

Go glad I found your blog. Any recommendations on backpacks? Will be visiting multiple countries in Africa. I’m a small female (5,0″/100lbs).

frecklesoup February 23, 2016 at 9:51 pm

Hey Nida! I currently use a cheap brand-less backpack I found in an outlet store. So in terms of brands I don’t really have a recommendation. However, I would advise you to use the smallest backpack you possibly can and pack as light as possible. Mine is a 40L and it’s the best size backpack I’ve had so far. Have a great trip!

Hi There

It can be extremely tough trying to plan a holiday when you suffer from mobility issues. There is so much to consider, from accommodating transport links to attraction accessibility that many people take for granted.

Comparing some of the UK’s most popular mini-break cities – this graphic provides a handy guide to help people who require extra mobility support such as a scooter or wheelchair prepare for their next trip.

You can find it here: http://www.easypaymobility.co.uk/news/mobility-scooter-accessible-city-breaks-

If you enjoy the piece, please share it with your readers. There are embed codes below the infographic that can be simply copied and pasted onto the page of your choosing.
